The bags and accessories brand sells products through its own website and marketplaces. The assortment is built around several capsule collections per season, with an average order value in the middle segment.
Task
It was difficult for shoppers to evaluate the real size and proportions of a bag from catalog photos. Studio images did not give a complete idea of the item’s scale relative to the figure, so part of the audience postponed the purchase or hesitated to place an order online.
The brand needed to reduce this barrier, make product choice more visual, and increase conversion to order.
