Consent to Processing
of Photos and Personal Data

By ticking the consent checkbox, clicking "Accept and continue", uploading a photo, or otherwise starting virtual try-on, you confirm that you have read this Consent and agree to the processing described below.

You consent to Looksy processing the following data:

• The photo you upload for virtual try-on
• Visual information contained in the photo, including body outline, clothing, face, posture, and appearance
• The generated try-on result
• Technical metadata required to process the request
• Session ID, request ID, error logs, and generation status
• Telegram user ID, username, or related Telegram data, if you use Looksy through Telegram
• Contact or account data, if needed to deliver the result or provide support

A photo may contain sensitive information depending on the laws of your country and the context of the image. We do not use your photo to uniquely identify you as a person unless this is expressly stated and separately authorised.

You consent to processing for the following purposes:

• Uploading your photo to the Service
• Preparing the photo for AI virtual try-on
• Generating an image showing the selected clothing or item on you
• Showing or sending the generated result to you
• Storing the result temporarily so you can retrieve it
• Detecting and fixing technical errors
• Preventing abuse, fraud, and prohibited use
• Complying with applicable law and enforcing the Terms of Use

We do not use your uploaded photo for unrelated advertising or public marketing without your separate consent.

You consent to the following processing actions:

• Collection
• Recording
• Storage
• Hosting
• Transmission
• Analysis
• Automated processing
• Image generation
• Modification required for virtual try-on
• Temporary display of the result
• Deletion
• Anonymisation where applicable

Processing may be automated because the Service uses AI systems to generate the result.

Unless otherwise stated in the Service interface or a separate agreement:

• The uploaded original photo is stored only for the time needed to provide the virtual try-on result and short-term technical recovery
• We aim to delete or anonymise the uploaded original photo within 72 hours after generation is completed
• The generated result may be stored temporarily so you can view or retrieve it
• Technical logs may be stored for security, debugging, and fraud prevention
• Some data may remain in backups for a limited period before automatic deletion

You understand that Looksy may use trusted service providers to operate the Service, including hosting, storage, AI infrastructure, security, analytics, payment, and support providers.

These providers may process data only as needed to provide services to Looksy and are subject to appropriate safeguards.

If you use Looksy through a partner website or embedded widget, the partner may also process certain data under its own privacy policy. Looksy is responsible for the processing it performs as described in the Privacy Policy and applicable agreements.

Looksy is operated by a company registered in the United Arab Emirates.

Your data may be processed in the UAE or other countries where Looksy or its service providers operate.

Where required by applicable law, Looksy uses appropriate safeguards for international data transfers.

Your consent is voluntary.

If you do not provide this consent, you may not be able to use the virtual try-on function, because processing your photo is technically necessary to generate the result.

Other parts of the Service may remain available where technically possible.

You may withdraw your consent at any time by contacting privacy@looksy.tech.

Please include enough information for us to identify your request, such as Telegram user ID, email, request ID, or other relevant details.

Withdrawal of consent does not affect processing that took place before withdrawal.

After receiving your withdrawal request, we will stop processing the relevant data where required by applicable law and delete or anonymise it unless we need to retain certain information for legal, security, fraud prevention, accounting, or dispute purposes.

By giving consent, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years old, or you have permission from a parent or legal guardian
• You uploaded your own photo or have the right and consent to upload the photo
• You understand that the generated image is an AI simulation
• You understand that the result may be inaccurate, imperfect, unrealistic, or unsuitable for purchasing decisions
• You have read the Privacy Policy and Terms of Use
