The Service is operated by LOOKSY TECH FZCO (License No. 79748), IFZA Properties, Dubai Silicon Oasis, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Contact: legal@looksy.tech.

By accessing or using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

Looksy provides AI-powered virtual try-on technology. The Service may be available through:

• The Looksy website
• A Telegram bot
• A Telegram Mini App
• An embedded widget on partner websites
• B2B integrations for brands, retailers, marketplaces, and other business customers

Exact functionality may differ depending on access method, country, device, plan, partner integration, or technical availability.

Generated images are visual simulations only. They are not measurements, tailoring advice, medical advice, body analysis, or a guarantee that an item will fit or look the same in real life.

Looksy does not guarantee that generated images will accurately reflect:

• The actual size, fabric, texture, colour, or fit of an item
• The exact appearance of the user
• Lighting, proportions, shadows, garment behaviour, or body movement
• The commercial quality or suitability of any generated result

You should not rely on the Service as the only basis for purchasing decisions.

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service independently.

If you are between 13 and 17 years old, you may use the Service only with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

The Service is not intended for children under 13 years old. You must not upload photos of children under 13 or use the Service on their behalf unless this is expressly permitted by applicable law and supported by a separate agreement with Looksy.

If we become aware that the Service has been used in violation of this section, we may delete the relevant data and restrict access.

Some parts of the Service may be used without creating a traditional account. Access through Telegram may identify you by your Telegram user ID, username, or session data.

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining control over your Telegram account, browser session, or other access method
• All actions performed through your access credentials
• Ensuring that any information you provide is accurate and lawful
• Complying with the rules of third-party platforms through which you access the Service

We are not responsible for unauthorised access caused by failure to protect your device, account, session, or credentials.

When you upload content, you confirm that:

• You own the content or have the necessary rights to use it
• You have obtained consent from any person shown in the photo
• The content does not violate third-party rights
• The content does not violate any applicable law or these Terms

You remain responsible for the content you upload.

By uploading content, you grant Looksy a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to process, host, transmit, modify, and generate outputs from that content solely for the purpose of providing, securing, improving, and supporting the Service, unless you give separate consent for other uses.

We do not claim ownership of your uploaded photos.

Subject to these Terms, you may use generated results for personal purposes.

Commercial use may be allowed only if:

• The Service interface or your plan expressly permits it
• You are using the Service under a B2B agreement with Looksy
• Your use does not violate third-party rights, platform rules, or applicable law

You are responsible for checking whether you have sufficient rights to use, publish, distribute, advertise, or modify generated images.

Looksy may refuse, restrict, or remove generated results if they violate these Terms, applicable law, third-party rights, or platform rules.

You must not use the Service to:

• Upload illegal, harmful, abusive, defamatory, discriminatory, hateful, violent, pornographic, or exploitative content
• Upload or generate sexual, intimate, or exploitative images involving minors
• Impersonate another person or create misleading, deceptive, or harmful content
• Violate privacy, publicity, intellectual property, or other rights
• Upload photos of another person without proper consent
• Use the Service for harassment, stalking, blackmail, fraud, or manipulation
• Attempt to reverse engineer, copy, scrape, overload, disrupt, or attack the Service
• Bypass technical limits, payment restrictions, security measures, or usage quotas
• Use automated systems, bots, scripts, or bulk generation tools without written permission
• Use the Service in a way that violates applicable sanctions, export controls, or other legal restrictions

We may suspend or terminate access without refund if we reasonably believe that you have violated this section.

Some features may require payment, credits, subscription, or a B2B agreement.

Before payment, the Service or payment provider will display the applicable price, currency, taxes, payment method, and other relevant terms.

Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers. Looksy does not store full card numbers or sensitive payment credentials unless expressly stated otherwise.

Credits, generations, or subscriptions may be subject to limits, expiration periods, or fair use rules shown in the Service interface, invoice, offer, or separate agreement.

The Service provides digital content and AI-generated results that may be delivered immediately after payment or credit usage.

Unless required by applicable law or expressly stated otherwise:

• Payments are non-refundable once generation has started
• Used credits are non-refundable
• Generated results are not refundable solely because you dislike the aesthetic result
• Subscription fees are not refunded for partially used billing periods

If a generation fails due to a technical error caused by the Service, Looksy may:

• Repeat the generation
• Restore credits
• Issue replacement credits
• Provide another reasonable remedy

Nothing in this section limits mandatory consumer rights that cannot be excluded.

Looksy may provide virtual try-on technology to business customers through widgets, APIs, custom integrations, Telegram Mini Apps, or other B2B formats.

If you access Looksy through a partner website or integration:

• The partner may separately collect and process your data under its own privacy policy
• Looksy may process your photo and related data to provide the virtual try-on function
• The partner is responsible for its own products, prices, delivery, returns, marketing, and customer relationship
• Looksy is not responsible for the partner's goods, website, checkout, customer service, or legal compliance unless expressly agreed otherwise

For B2B customers, additional terms may apply under a separate written agreement.

The Service may rely on third-party platforms and providers, including hosting, cloud infrastructure, payment processors, analytics tools, messaging platforms, AI infrastructure, Telegram, and other providers.

Your use of third-party platforms may be governed by their own terms and policies.

Looksy is not responsible for third-party services, outages, policies, fees, restrictions, or platform decisions.

All rights in the Service, including software, interfaces, design, trademarks, logos, models, workflows, documentation, know-how, and other materials, belong to Looksy or its licensors.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, rent, sublicense, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from the Service unless expressly permitted by Looksy in writing.

No rights are granted except those expressly stated in these Terms.

For photo processing and virtual try-on, we may request separate consent available at https://looksy.tech/consent.

By using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read the Privacy Policy and, where required, provided relevant consent.

We aim to provide a stable and useful Service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or always available operation.

The Service may be unavailable due to:

• Maintenance
• Technical failures
• Third-party provider issues
• Telegram or platform restrictions
• Payment provider issues
• Security incidents
• Force majeure events
• Changes in law or platform rules

We may change, suspend, limit, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Looksy disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, availability, and reliability.

We do not guarantee that:

• Generated images will meet your expectations
• The Service will always work without errors
• Results will be accurate, realistic, or suitable for commercial use
• The Service will be compatible with every device, browser, platform, or integration
• Third-party platforms will continue to support the Service

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Looksy shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages.

Looksy's total liability for any claim shall not exceed the greater of:

• The amount you paid to Looksy during the 12 months before the claim
• USD 50

These limitations do not apply where liability cannot be limited under applicable law.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Looksy, its officers, employees, contractors, partners, and affiliates from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising out of:

• Your use of the Service
• Your uploaded content
• Your generated results
• Your breach of these Terms
• Your violation of law or third-party rights
• Your use of the Service on behalf of another person without proper authority

You may stop using the Service at any time.

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access if:

• You violate these Terms
• You create legal, security, operational, or reputational risk
• Payment fails or is disputed
• Required by law, platform rules, or a third-party provider
• Continued access may harm Looksy, users, partners, or third parties

After termination, provisions relating to intellectual property, payments, disclaimers, limitation of liability, privacy, indemnity, and dispute resolution continue to apply.

We may update these Terms from time to time.

The updated version will be published at https://looksy.tech/terms.

The "Last updated" date will show when the Terms were last changed. If changes are material, we may provide additional notice through the Service.

Your continued use after changes become effective means acceptance of updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence require otherwise.

Where legally permitted, disputes shall be resolved by the competent courts of Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

Before starting formal proceedings, you agree to contact legal@looksy.tech and try to resolve the issue informally.
